Customer Service

Customer service is a priority at FF Firearms. If you are not satisfied with your order we will do our best to correct the situation to your satisfaction. Because of the costs involved with returning products, it is always best to Contact Us with any questions you may have about our products before you place an order.


If you encounter any problems with your order or the checkout process, or if you have any questions about the status of your order, simply contact our customer service staff through our Contact Us page.

DROS (Dealer Record Of Sale) Fee: $37.19

FSC Test(Firearms Safety Certificate) Fee: $25

FSC REPLACEMENT Fee: $5

AMMO STANDARD DROS Fee: $1

CA PPT (Private Party Transfer)(Face to Face):
Fee $47.19 plus $10 per additional firearm and no sales tax due.
Both parties must be CA residents.

Transfer Fees

*If you are expecting a shipment/transfer in from another vendor, please wait to be contacted by our receiving department prior to arriving at our store.
These fees do not apply to the firearms/ammunition available for sale in our store.

Montebello, CA Transfer Fee :

$50 per firearm plus DROS fee and applicable CA Sales Tax.

$20 per parcel of ammo plus DROS fee and applicable CA Sales Tax.

$5 Private Party Ammunition Transfer, no sales tax due.

Must be a CA resident.

Gunsmith Service/Installation

Hourly Rate is $80 with a $40 minimum.

All services are subject to fees according to our fee schedule, which will be collected at pick up. Installation items left for more than 30 days will be considered abandoned and auctioned.

General Firearm Sales

All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering. You must be 18 or older to purchase a long gun and 21 or older to purchase a handgun per ATF rules, but state and local laws may differ and you will need to check your local laws before purchasing a firearm.

All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information.

AMMUNITION PURCHASES

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. “All ammunition sales will comply with local and state laws and will not be shipped to any restricted areas.”

Used Firearms Policy

Used firearms are always sold AS-IS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Used firearms may show normal signs of wear and other cosmetic blemishes. The photos on the website are of the actual firearm for sale. We are sorry but we cannot accommodate special requests for additional photographs of the firearm if you are unable to inspect the firearm at our location prior to purchase. The product description for the firearm will describe all accessories that are to be included with the firearm.

Return Policy

Absolutely NO RETURNS of firearms, ammunition, optics, flashlights, lasers, knives, barrels, barreled receivers, tools, bows, and arrows. No exceptions.

Firearms
* Cancellations or Denials - Firearm(s) cancellations will incur a 35% restocking fee of total plus state fees. DROS and Firearm Safety Certificate fees are non-refundable.

* Returns - No returns will be accepted for firearms after transfer from the dealer to the buyer - this applies both to firearms purchased at a FF Firearms retail store or transferred to another FFL dealer. Firearms cannot be returned unless found to be defective or damaged upon inspection at the dealer. Please inspect your firearm thoroughly and refuse to proceed with the paperwork or transfer if you are not satisfied with the condition of the firearm. After the firearm is transferred into your possession, any warranty issue will have to be addressed through the firearm manufacturer.


Any firearms left unclaimed for more than 90 days will be considered abandoned and re-sold.


All other products that are new and covered under the Manufacturer's warranty. Product defects must be handled by contacting the manufacturer directly.
*No returns will be accepted without prior approval from FF Firearms. Please contact us via email or phone in order to receive an RMA number (return merchandise authorization).
*No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. We will send you an RMA form that will have detailed information on how and where to ship your item(s).
*All returns must be made within 30 days of product delivery. A 10-15% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items.
*All returns must be new and in the original packaging. All accessories, documentation, and registration cards must be included with the return.
*Shipping charges for product returns are non-refundable.
*All Sales Final on Clearance Items.


Accessories
All returned/exchanged items must be in new (unmounted/uninstalled) and resalable condition, complete with packaging. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase along with an original receipt. All items being returned for refund or exchange will incur a 10% restocking fee, unless exchanged for an item(s) of equal or greater value.

Please use the original shipping box in which your order was shipped to make your return. A valid RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the packaging or on the original receipt that accompanied your order. Please do not ship back your return item in just the manufacturer’s box. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments. If your shipping carrier has lost or damaged your package, please contact them directly.

Order Fulfillment

All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.

Online Price & Description Errors

Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.

If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect photo, price, accessory or description and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that FF Firearms will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.

A Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate creates an encrypted link between a website and a visitor's Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the website and the browser remains private and secure.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.

The Credit Card Billing Information, Shipping Information, and Contact Information in our checkout process are required in order to process your order and deliver the product to you. We store some information for accounting reasons. Your information will not be shown to third parties not involved in the transaction, nor used to send you any unrequested information. The entire Checkout process is handled through a secure SSL-encrypted connection.

The Credit Card Billing Information is sent directly to our payment provider who processes your credit card transaction. The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by us, and it can only be accessed by our payment provider. Each transaction has a very high level of security. Your credit card details are sent directly to the payment provider over a secure SSL-encrypted connection. They are not processed on our servers at any stage of the transaction, nor are they stored on our server.
